SECO/WARWICK Announces JV with Indian Company

SECO/WARWICK S.A. announced that as of April 1, 2008, Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. of India has joined the SECO/WARWICK Group of companies and will assume the name SECO WARWICK Allied Pvt. Ltd. Allied Consulting Engineers, which was founded in 1971 and has over 180 employees, is a producer of industrial furnaces and incineration systems. As a member of the SECO/WARWICK Group, the company will share engineering expertise and provide local manufacturing services in India.

According to SECO/WARWICK, Allied brings a host of advanced technologies into the group, including hydrogen bell annealing, continuous steel-strip annealing, steel reheating and galvanizing furnace systems.
