Associate Member Conrad Kacsik Establishes New Division
Conrad Kacsik Instrument Systems, Inc. is proud to announce the establishment of a Division dedicated specifically to assisting customers with their Nadcap and CQI–9 compliance processes.
Conrad Kacsik, an organization dedicated specifically to the heat treating industry, recently celebrated its 30th Year in business. The company is constantly striving to innovate, and find new ways to better serve its customers. According to Christopher Miller, CEO of Conrad Kacsik, market research conducted amongst CK’s customer base indicated an unfilled need within the market. According to Mr. Miller “the increasing sophistication of the heat treating industry (both captive and commercial), combined with the complexities of accreditation compliance has created a market niche that we believe we are uniquely qualified to serve. This unit, combined with our service, application engineering, and product divisions, further expands the breadth of services we can provide to the industry.”
Company founder, Jake Kacsik, adds – “There are consulting firms that will assist with the procedural aspects of Nadcap audits, but when it comes to “hands on” support and technical assistance, no one can match our level of experience.”
The Division will be headed by Mr. Andrew Bassett. Mr. Bassett was formerly the Director of Pyrometry for a large multi facility commercial heat treat, and has over 15 years of experience in the industry. Commenting on the new business unit, Mr. Bassett stated – “this new business unit will help clients with compliance to CQI-9, AMS-2750-D, and other aerospace prime specific pyrometry specifications. This is a great opportunity to assist clients in both attaining and maintaining their certifications.” He also adds “Compliance to Nadcap is not only for captive & commercial heat treating; pyrometry compliance also broadens to chemical processing/plating, welding, coatings, and composites, which we can assist clients with complying to these specifications as well.”
